Privacy Policy

PhosSync helps preachers and ministries prepare notes, run live services, and collaborate across devices. This policy explains what data we process and why.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, role, sign-in provider.
Content data: sermon notes, references, and synced edits.
Media data: note images and audio snippets when you use OCR or voice features.
Billing data: subscription status, payment provider reference, and entitlement state.
Technical data: device fingerprint, app version, and diagnostic logs.

2. Why we process data

Provide core app functionality and cross-device synchronization.
Authenticate users and secure active sessions.
Manage subscriptions and unlock Pro features.
Prevent abuse and diagnose reliability issues.

3. Third-party processors

Google Play Billing for Android subscription purchases.
Infrastructure and storage providers required to run the service.
OCR and transcription providers used only when those features are invoked.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account inside the app. Account deletion removes associated synced data from active systems subject to backup retention windows.
